Beach Club

This resort is styled after the New England seaside at the turn of the century. The seashore theme is featured through out, with Yacht Club joined in the center. Together they share Stormalong Bay and transportation facilities. Deluxe amenities, one of Disney World's very best pools featuring a sand area, and a prime location right outside Epcot's International Gateway and opposite the Boardwalk. Rooms sleep 5, with two queen beds and a daybed, and club level is offered here.

Kitchen Sink - Keep in mind that you CAN order it custom done with ice cream your family likes. I highly recommend this as our kids hated the coffee ice cream.

Animal Kingdom Lodge

Animal Kingdom Lodge is a deluxe resort that recreates the feel of a South African wildlife reserve lodge. You enter the expansive lobby on the 3rd floor of the resort. The six-story lobby is one of the most impressive in all of Disney World. There is a huge picture window which looks out upon 30 acres of land and savanna view.

Room size: The standard rooms are on floors 1-4 and are 344 square feet. Deluxe rooms are on floors 5 and 6 and are 381 square feet. Each room that is not ground level, no matter what the category or view, has a balcony that is long and narrow.

You'll find a bit of the Louisiana Bayou here at Port Orleans Riverside. The continuation of the mighty Sassagoula River winds through the resort, heading downstream to Port Orleans French Quarter and eventually the Disney Springs area.

What to kick back and relax by staying in a cabin while at Disney? If you want more of the comforts of home, there are also 409 air-conditioned cabins with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, full bath, and TV. And daily housekeeping service, of course. Or perhaps by bringing your own RV or traditional tent camping gear. All campsites have water, electricity, grills and picnic tables. Full hook-up sites have sanitary disposal facilities, and some sites allow pets.

Our family favorite wild west dinner show is found here. Fort Wilderness is home to a true WDW classic, the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue. Enjoy singing, dancing and comedy while you dine on fried chicken, ribs, and other country favorites. There's also a buffet restaurant, snack bar, and an afternoon BBQ with the characters

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

Near Animal Kingdom, Coronado Springs Resort is Disney’s only mid priced convention property The resort is made up of three richly themed sections. The Casitas are inspired by the buildings of Monterey and Santa Fe. The Ranchos are rustic and rural, and the Cabanas resemble the adobe bungalows of Mexico's coastal regions.

Did you know that you can enjoy a bit of the Caribbean right at Disney? This resort features 6 villages, each representing an area of the Caribbean: Trinidad North, Trinidad South, Aruba, Jamaica, Martinique and Barbados. The rooms at the Caribbean Beach resort were recently refurbished, and now have two queen beds in most rooms. Some rooms also have a pull-down bunk-size bed that brings room occupancy up to 5 persons.
